This app is for singers and vocalists who wish to improve their singing skills. The app measures the intonation of your voice on every note you sing, so you know where you need to improve and how.
The intonation accuracy is measured with great precision, in terms of cents of semitones.
Each semitone of the scale is divided in 100 parts and when you sing, the intonation error, that is the distance from the perfect pitch, is measured in terms of cents and showed on the screen. Average errors are also calculated for each pitch and for the whole singing session. Of course when you sing in tune you will get an error of 0, but errors of 10 cents are well acceptable by the ear.
The exercises include scales, arpeggios, and randomly selected phrases of notes. You can customize your voice extension, and select the tonalities you want to practice. If you select the "random" exercise, you can further select the intervals you want to practice, so as to better focus on the intervals you need to improve.
At the beginning of each exercise you hear the notes played by a piano. You can then either skip the exercise or practice it, as many times as you like. On the completion of each exercise you can see the intonation errors for each pitch of the exercise's notes. ...
